Using your GECCU ATM card at GECCU ATM is free of charge. BOSVG charges a fee of $1.50.
Our ATM cards are NOT debit/credit cards. They can only be used at ATMs.
Members are able to pay their Vinlec and CWSA bills via our Mobile App.
New ATM cards must be collected by the member. However, if an ATM card becomes captured by GECCU or any BOSVG ATM, a member may submit a notarized letter instructing us to release his/her ATM card to a trusted individual.
To apply for an ATM card, you may visit the Member Services Department at any GECCU branch and speak with a representative. However, members can also submit a notarized ATM application form.

Home Banking passwords can be reset using the “Forgot Your Password” option. It will send you a temporary password to the email address that is registered at the credit union in order to log into your account after which it will prompt you to change your password.

Our Home Banking platform allows for transfer of funds between GECCU accounts, Online bill payments (Vinlec & CWSA Only), Loan & Shares payment transfer, Online loan application, Change of information (Cell phone number and email address) and bank statement requests.
Our ATMs are currently located at our new location on Halifax Street opposite Digicel, Kingstown and at our old office location opposite BOSVG
