Notice of 60th Annual General Meeting (Hybrid)

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given that the 60th Annual General Meeting of the General Employees’ Co-operative Credit Union Limited is scheduled to take place on Thursday August 20, 2026 at the Methodist Church Hall, Kingstown commencing at 3:00 p.m.  The meeting will also be held virtually via the Zoom platform.

The meeting is called to:

  1. Approve the Minutes of the 59th Annual General Meeting
  2. Accept reports from the Board of Directors, Treasurer, Auditors, and other committees
  3. Elect Officers
  4. Discuss any other business

Details for attending GECCU’s Virtual Annual General Meeting

  • The Annual General Meeting is an event for members of GECCU.
  • Members attending virtually will be required to register before the meeting.
  • Members must register with a valid email address.
  • Members must register for a zoom account in order to participate in the meeting virtually.
  • Details of the login credentials and the link to join the meeting will be sent to members after registrations are vetted and approved.
  • • Registration will commence on Monday August 3, 2026.
  • The link to register will be available on GECCU’s website (www.geccu.com) and on its social media pages.
  • Members will be required to sign in using their registered shareholder name for ease of identification.
  • Members must ensure that they are connected to the internet at all times in order to participate in the business of the meeting.
  • Members are encouraged to register early so that the office can ascertain the number of attendees.
