Notice is hereby given that the 57th Annual General Meeting of the General Employees’ Co-operative Credit Union Limited is scheduled to take place on Thursday 8th June, 2023 at the Methodist Church Hall commencing at 3:00 p.m.
The meeting will also be held virtually via the Zoom platform.
The meeting is called to:
- Approve the Minutes of the 56th Annual General Meeting
- Accept reports from the Board of Directors, Treasurer, Auditors, and other committees
- Elect Officers
- Discuss any other business

Details For Attending GECCU’s Virtual Annual General Meeting
- The Annual General Meeting is an event for members of GECCU.
- Members attending virtually will be required to register before the meeting.
- Members must register with a valid email address.
- Members must register for a zoom account in order to participate in the meeting.
- Details of the login credentials and the link to join the meeting will be sent to members after registrations are vetted and approved.
- Registration commenced on Monday 22nd May, 2023 and will close on Thursday 8th June 2023 at 12:00 p.m.
- The link to register will be available on GECCU’s website (www.geccu.com) and on its social media pages.
- Members will be required to sign in using their registered shareholder name for ease of identification.
- Members must ensure that they are connected to the internet at all times in order to participate in the business of the meeting.
- Members are encouraged to register early so that the office can ascertain the number of attendees.
