How often can I claim on lenses?
Lenses can be claimed once within a 12 month period.
The annual maximum for preventative care is $1200 per family.
Our current deductible is $400 for the first three persons claiming yearly. The deductible would be transferred to the following year if the first claim is submitted during the period October to December.
